Completed in March 2020, Freeholders is a unique new property with far-reaching views. It is fitted out to the highest standard. The first floor living accommodation has beautiful oak flooring throughout and a wall of windows overlooking the creek. A large dining table with benches and a huge squishy sofa make this a comfortable and convivial space for eating, drinking and watching the world go by. The well-equipped kitchen has an AGA (no conventional cooker but an AGA cookbook is supplied), a small under-counter fridge, a 3-drawer freezer, a microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle and cafetières. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment. An assortment of condiments is provided, and any dry goods stored in the cupboards can be used by guests.

Both bedrooms have kingsized beds and original features. The bedroom at the front of the house has a floor to ceiling bookcase with reading material to suit all tastes. There is a drop down window allowing guests to lounge in bed, admire the marshes and watch the sailing boats pass by. The back bedroom has a large lantern window making it a bright and sunny room. The first floor bathroom has a bath with shower above, a sink and a de-misting mirror.

A very special feature of this property is the secluded roof terrace with 360 degree views and furniture for lounging and dining. The beautiful oak staircase is quite steep but a dumbwaiter will bring food and drink from the kitchen.

Downstairs there is an additional shower room with an underfloor heated mat. The large entrance hall has coat hooks and a shoe rack and provides plenty of space for shoes, bags, suitcases etc. In the spacious utility room there is a large larder-fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

There is one parking space opposite the property.
